The International Community of Women Living with HIV Eastern Africa (ICWEA) is seeking to RECRUIT AND CO-OPT a Board member to join the current board composed of 11 members (2 from each countries of Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda) and a representative of the Most at Risk Populations of women living with living. ICWEA has a secretariat based in Uganda.

The person must be a Woman and knowledgeable, skilled and with experience in Financial Management. This is a Voluntary position.

Experience
• Experience in NGO Finance and Fund Accounting;
• Board level experience, ideally at an NGO or company of a similar size to ICWEA;
• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization;

Skills
• Ability to understand and interrogate financial reports;
• Strategic planning skills;
